Hey there,

Recently I have submitted offers for a couple clients that I knew would not be accepted by the seller's. A couple offers were countered and a few did not receive any attention. The problem...the clients believed the home would be bought by them at below the asking price. The nice properties on the market are having multiple offers and are moving fast when they are priced to sell. The properties I recently showed were all priced right and were bought at or above the asking price. In this market we see today buyers are getting aggressive for what they want. If you are thinking of buying, make sure to receive your pre-approval letter from a lender so you can make an offer when the right home comes along.
