Ed was always on top of all the myriad of details involved and communicated effectively with all interested parties (i.e. loan officers, selling agents, inspectors, etc). Ed always offered constructive advice and answered every question I asked of him in a timely manner. He also went the extra mile, literally, by making several trips with me to my area of interest which was well outside of the South Bay. Thanks to Mr. Ed Carroll I was able to find a home quickly. For months, I was trying to do it alone checking websites and so forth.
